Dr Deborah Piesse PritchardBScAgric (Hons) UWA
PhD (Agriculture) Curtin

Founding director of AGRIEROS with expertise in soil health, agricultural systems and waste management.

Competent researcher obtaining industry funded projects, supervising postgraduate students and undergraduate teaching at Curtin University. Experienced in conducting field, laboratory and glasshouse experiments, interpreting and analysing scientific data.

Written over 70 journal papers, industry reports and conference papers, many with international collaborators having positive outcomes for state and national guidelines relating to biosolids use. Experienced educator and presenter both nationally and internationally including the prestigious 69th Cawthron Lecture in New Zealand and farmer training in Africa.

Appreciative of complex farming systems including livestock management, sheep breeding, and agronomy learnt from co-managing a sheep stud over many years. Professional farm sitting services for a range of livestock and farm pets whilst farmers are on holidays.
